This is the instructor station.
The two large knobs at the top center of the image are used to control the interior lighting and the lighting for the
rows of switches.

The panel directly below that is used to set the Runway Visual Range (RWR) and cloud ceilings.
 


A wider angle shot of the flight deck.  The telephone mounted on the left wall is a direct line to the tech office.
It's used to call a tech to fix a problem while a crew is using the simulator.  It was installed after the door to the
simulator was torn off while the crew was flying with the motion base on.  The same crew did this *twice* in
two separate incidents.  I wasn't a witness to either one - as evidenced by my lack of prison time. [I would've beat them to death with the door for damaging the simulator.  The techs are VERY protective of these simulators as keeping them up and running is practically a labor of love.]
 


While this looks the same as the above image, I've included it because it illustrates the shape of the center
console.  Very important when building one for your own simulator!
